Swellcycle provides several services, including custom 3D-printed surfboard cores from Shape3D files, along with scanning and online courses. Cores are printed with plant-based materials using solar-powered, zero-waste manufacturing, and can be finished through their glassing services.

Ecoshape (France)

Ecoshape make bio-based 3D-printed surfboard cores. They works with pro shapers like UWl, and also allows amateur shapers to order a full 3D printed construction kit for any board designed with Shape3d.
